Unique Products for You and Your Office

Sure, computers, monitors and printers play crucial roles in keeping our businesses humming along successfully. But, how often do we focus on the unique little products that might make the difference between a good office and a great one? Imagining office life without the invention of the paper clip can be an all-too-scary thought! In this issue, we’re going to show you some unique items that will make your business run smoother and help keep all your many tasks in-line.

Plus, in this month’s Time-Saving Tip: zoom in and out of your desktop picture without ever taking your hands off the controls.

All the best,

Unique Solutions

Sometimes it’s the little things that make the big difference. From your keyboard to your mouse, many things play a supporting role in making your office work successfully. Check out these unique new products that are designed to help you move faster than a speeding bullet (Superman T-shirt not included!).

The Goldtouch Split-Adjustable Keyboard ($109.95)

The amazing new Goldtouch split-adjustable keyboard allows you to adjust the two alphanumeric sections both horizontally and vertically to suit your individual body requirements. Using ergonomic principles to improve the interface between you and your computer, going splitsville on your keyboard might just help you assume a more natural posture conducive to improving comfort and productivity.

Logitech MediaPlay Cordless Mouse ($49)

Logitech's MediaPlay Cordless Mouse is a unique new breakthrough because it gives you both fingertip control of your computer and a promising new tool: remote control. In addition to the normal two buttons and scroll wheel, this mouse also comes with an array of media control buttons, including a player launch button, volume controls, play/pause, and skip forward and back buttons. By using the USB mini-receiver that operates as far away as 10 feet, this mouse will clear up much needed desk space and really wow your clients during those crucial media presentations.

The HP xb2000 Notebook Expansion Base ($250)

You need to take your business on the road from time to time, but when you’re back in the office, your notebook needs to be as powerful as any clunky desktop. Incorporating high-quality speakers, a wireless keyboard-mouse combo, and a bay for a high-capacity hard drive, this notebook expansion base is an excellent docking solution that will turn your laptop into a true desktop PC.

Time-Saving Tip

Every once in a while, we all need to zoom in on a picture or document to get a closer look. Rather than taking the time to click through the zoom-in features from your toolbar (hmmm... should I do 110% or 125% I wonder?!), just follow these two easy steps to blow up or down that image as you see fit:

  1. Hold down the Ctrl key.
  2. While holding the Ctrl key, move the scroll wheel on your mouse up to zoom in – or down to zoom out.

It’s as easy as that!
